Hi, my name is Steven Bryan.
I am an instructor at Utah Tech University. I currently teach in the Information Systems and Analytics Program in the school of Business.
Courses: ISA 2010. Proficiency in Excel & SQL.
I manage the CRM software system (Slate) in the Admissions Operation Dept. at Utah Tech University.
I have worked at Utah Tech University for over 5 years, and I am currently the CRM Manager in the Admissions Department. I have experience managing the University Admissions Operations Team as well coordinating in the Financial Aid office, and working directly with the Registrar’s office.
Before working at Utah Tech, I worked as the Operation Program Specialist for the Dept. of Workforce Services (State of Utah) in the Southwest and Central Utah area covering 10 Utah counties and 10 employment centers. I developed trainings and taught staff how to apply changes according to government policies and procedures. I worked with the office staff and management to onboard new hires, and implement continuous improvement in office processes.
I love the philosophy and practice of continuous improvement and efficiency.
